Livia is the CEO and co- founder of Innoviant Consulting.
She is an accomplished business strategist, consultant and change management expert. She is very adept at building and leading highly motivated, results-oriented teams and creating innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Her experience spans over 20 years in strategic planning, organizational design, and change management. Her consulting and business domain experience spans multiple industry sectors that include government, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. She is experienced in, and possesses a great deal of passion for, leading executive visioning and strategic planning activities, that include organizational design/re-design, team building, leadership, and Diversity, Equity& Inclusion.
Livia holds dual undergraduate degrees in Industrial engineering from Mississippi State University, a mathematics degree from Jackson State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan Ann-Arbor. She is a high energy, highly regarded and sought-after public speaker & management consultant/ executive coach possessing exceptional relationship management and team building skills. She is also a highly sought-after executive career coach and phenomenal public speaker. Livia currently leads Innoviant Consulting’s people solutions practice as its managing partner.
Dana is Innoviant's Chief Operations Officer. He also leads Innoviant's client delivery services. Prior to Co-founding Innoviant consulting, Dana served as a principal IT consultant for Infosys technologies and a senior business & technology consultant for Deloitte & Touche consulting. He possesses deep industry expertise in manufacturing, banking, finance, and telecommunications.
In addition to his business and technology experience, Dana has served his country as a United States Marine, and his community as a police officer. He is an honors graduate of Limestone University in Gaffney, SC, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also earned an MBA from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina as well as a graduate studies certificate in Diversity Equity & Inclusion from New York University. Dana leverages his many years of enterprise solution design, delivery and change management experience to lead Innoviant's professional services teams his experience provides high value solutions and predictable results at the lowest cost, via agile solution delivery techniques.
